Eva: from business coaching to iGiSNext
After more than thirteen years as an entrepreneur, I started guiding various entrepreneurs as a business coach.
My strength lies in quickly recognizing patterns. I often see connections between people, processes and the way an organization is set up. Once that puzzle falls into place, it becomes clear where an organization is really stuck and where the greatest gains can be achieved.
Only… of course it doesn’t stop there.
Because even if an entrepreneur knows exactly what needs to be done, that does not mean that it will actually happen. Daily practice often takes over.
A good insight does not change an organization.
That’s why I started iGiSNext. Not only to help organizations see where things can be improved, but especially to implement those improvements together.
Temporary additional leadership
Sometimes a situation requires temporary reinforcement. For example, when an entrepreneur or board member unexpectedly leaves or an organization is in the middle of an important change process.
Eva can then join temporarily to guide the organization through this period. With peace, overview and continuity as a starting point, so that the organization can continue and daily management is guaranteed.
